Mamta claims- BJP will remain in the center for six more months, Lok Sabha elections will be held in February-March 2024

Kolkata/ Addressing a public meeting in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee claimed on Tuesday that the BJP government at the Center is only for six more months as elections will be held in February-March next year. Mamta Banerjee also said that BSF should work impartially as BJP may not be in power tomorrow.

Accusations on BSF
The Chief Minister of West Bengal also said during the public meeting that the families of those killed in BSF firing in the border areas will be given financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh each and a job. Banerjee said she is not blaming all BSF jawans, they guard our border but BSF should work impartially, BJP may not be in power tomorrow but they have to do their job. Mamata Banerjee accused the BSF of intimidating voters in the border areas.
